Zhiyuan Innovation, described as the world's largest general-purpose AI robotics company, has announced the initiation of its Hong Kong IPO process as of July 24. The company positions itself as a global pioneer in physical world AGI and infrastructure.
Founded just three years ago, Zhiyuan Innovation has rapidly progressed from research and development to mass production and real-world deployment, transitioning general AI robots from development to operational status. On the intelligence front, the company leads the industry with a "Triple Intelligence" full-stack model structure that integrates operational, motion, and interactive intelligence, enabling robots to perform autonomous interaction, stable movement, self-planning, and complex task execution.
This "Triple Intelligence" capability has moved robots from laboratory demos to large-scale deployment as advanced productivity tools. According to Omdia data, in 2025 Zhiyuan Innovation shipped over 5,100 general-purpose humanoid robots, ranking first globally and capturing approximately 39% of the worldwide humanoid robot market.
Based on revenue data from CIC Consulting for the full year 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, Zhiyuan Innovation is the world's largest general-purpose AI robotics company. The company boasts the industry's most comprehensive product matrix, including wheeled, semi-humanoid, humanoid, and quadruped robots.
