Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced three share transactions involving parties closely associated with its directors, according to a filing released on Mar, 31 2026.

Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited, acting as trustee for family trusts linked to directors Ben Keswick and Adam Keswick, sold 1,697,368 ordinary shares on Mar, 30 2026 outside a trading venue.

On the same day, director Adam Keswick acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in his capacity as trustee for his children, while director Ben Keswick purchased an identical 250,000 shares, also as trustee for his children. Both acquisitions were executed outside a trading venue.
