Pico Far East names Cheung Sze Yin as Company Secretary, succeeding Leung Hoi Yan

Pico Far East Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Leung Hoi Yan will step down as Company Secretary, effective 31 March 2026. The Board confirmed Ms. Leung’s resignation involves no disagreement with directors and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective the same date, Mr. Cheung Sze Yin will assume the role of Company Secretary. Mr. Cheung joined the Group in 2024 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Leung’s contributions and formally welcomed Mr. Cheung to his new position. As at the announcement date, the Board comprises three executive directors and five independent non-executive directors.
