China Everbright Water Limited (CEB WATER) (01857) has announced a series of changes to its board and key appointments.

Effective July 17, 2026, Mr. Luan Zusheng has resigned from his positions as Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Strategy Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, and as the Authorized Representative to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Mr. Xiong Jianping, the current Executive Director and President, will assume the duties of the Chairman on an interim basis and has been appointed as the Chairman of the Strategy Committee.

Ms. Ge Dan has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and as the alternate Authorized Representative to the HKEX for Mr. Xiong Jianping.

Mr. Wang Yuexing will no longer serve as the alternate Authorized Representative for Mr. Luan Zusheng.

Ms. Kwan Wing Wai will no longer serve as the alternate Authorized Representative for Mr. Xiong Jianping and has been appointed as the Authorized Representative to the HKEX.

Ms. Chan Pui Ching has been appointed as the alternate Authorized Representative for Ms. Kwan Wing Wai.
