China Mobile Limited announced that Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. He Biao, has resigned from his positions, including membership of the Sustainability Committee, effective 12 February 2026. According to the company, his departure is due to a work reassignment.

Mr. He stated there is no disagreement with the Board, and no matters concerning his resignation need to be brought to the attention of shareholders. The Board expressed its deep gratitude for Mr. He’s outstanding contributions, while Chairman Mr. Chen Zhongyue issued the announcement on 12 February 2026.
