NPS Appeals Singapore High Court Ruling in Dispute With Raffles Assets

Raffles Education Limited said on Jun, 16 2026 that NPS International School Pte. Ltd. has filed a notice of appeal to the Appellate Division of the High Court against the entire liability judgment issued on May, 20 2026 in favor of Raffles Assets (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

The original suit was split into two phases, with the first tranche addressing liability and the second to assess damages. The General Division of the High Court dismissed NPS’s claim and upheld Raffles Assets’ counterclaim, finding that NPS breached a letter of intent related to a proposed lease.

Raffles Education stated it will release further updates when material developments arise.
