Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Geely Auto) has notified shareholders that its Board of Directors will convene on 29 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Hong Kong to review and approve the unaudited consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026. The meeting will take place at Room 2301, 23/F, Great Eagle Centre, 23 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The agenda will focus primarily on the company’s third-quarter performance and year-to-date financials, providing the market with an update on Geely Auto’s operational and financial progress in 2026.

The Board currently comprises five executive directors—Chairman An Cong Hui, Vice Chairman Gui Sheng Yue, Chief Executive Officer Gan Jia Yue, Li Dong Hui, Daniel, and Mao Jian Ming, Moosa—alongside four independent non-executive directors: Gao Jie, Yu Li Ping, Jennifer, Zhu Han Song and Tseng Chin I.
