WAN LEADER (08482) has announced several board changes effective September 10, 2026.

Ms. Qu Tianyun has resigned as an executive director of the company and stepped down from her role as a member of the board's nomination committee to dedicate more time to her other business commitments. Concurrently, Mr. Zhou Zhirong has resigned as an independent non-executive director, also relinquishing his positions on the board's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee for the same reason.

Effective the same date, Mr. Huang Jiawen has been appointed as an executive director, while Ms. Liang Lin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company.
