Frasers Property Limited said on May, 25 2026 that it has entered into a conditional share purchase agreement to sell its equity stakes in four logistics properties located in Germany and the Netherlands to FLT Europe B.V., a wholly owned unit of the trustee of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust.
The transaction, valued at about €214.9 million (approximately 321.8 million Singapore dollars), covers two German properties—Rheindeichstraße 155/165, 47199 (83.9% interest) and Reisholzer Bahnstraße 39/39a and Henkelstraße 209, 40599 (89.9% interest)—and two Dutch properties at Hazeldonk 6308 and Hazeldonk 6801, Breda (each 100% interest).
Completion is subject to conditions including approval from FLCT unitholders, the novation of a €67.5 million facility agreement and the transfer of four roof lease agreements tied to two assets.
Frasers Property said the deal aligns with its strategy of recycling capital through its real estate investment trusts to optimise portfolio returns. It does not expect the divestment to have a material impact on earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the current financial year.
