UOL Group Limited (U14) said its shareholders approved every motion tabled at the company’s 63rd Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 27 2026 in Singapore.

The meeting endorsed the FY2025 financial statements and sanctioned a first and final tax-exempt dividend of 18.0 cents and a special dividend of 7.0 cents per ordinary share, bringing the total payout to 25.0 cents (about 0.25 Singapore dollars) per share. Shareholders on the register at 5:00 p.m. on May, 06 2026 will be entitled to the distribution.

Investors also backed S$1.005 million in directors’ fees for FY2025, re-elected directors Wee Ee-chao and Lee Chin Yong Francis, and noted the retirement of Poon Hon Thang Samuel. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was re-appointed as external auditor until the next AGM.

Further, the assembly granted directors a general mandate to issue new shares representing up to 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with a sub-limit of 20% for non pro-rata issues. Shareholders renewed UOL’s share buyback mandate, allowing the repurchase of up to 10% of issued shares at up to 105% of the five-day average market price for on-market purchases and 120% for off-market purchases.

During the ensuing Q&A, management said it is reviewing options such as a potential real estate investment trust listing and redevelopment plans for Marina Square, which could be financed through internal resources and bank facilities.
