Mr. Wong Tsz Tat will step down from his role as Group Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective August 11, 2026.

Mr. Bassel Haddad will be appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective from the same date.

Concurrently, Mr. Haddad will also be appointed as an Executive Director of the company.
