Longfor Group Holdings Limited disclosed in its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities that 55.77 million new ordinary shares were issued in April 2026 through a scrip-dividend scheme priced at HKD 7.748 per share.

As a result, the company’s issued share base (excluding treasury shares) increased 0.79% from 7.04 billion to 7.10 billion shares. There are no treasury shares on record.

Authorized share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Longfor confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 April 2026.
