Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited (00828) announced changes to its board and authorised representative positions, effective 3 February 2026. According to the company’s latest disclosure, Executive Director and Authorised Representative Mr. Huang Manyou will step down and retire. He also ceases to serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Meanwhile, the company has appointed Ms. Zhao Haijing as an Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee. Ms. Zhao has served in various leadership capacities within the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, bringing experience in production, operation, and human resources management.

In addition, General Manager and Executive Director Mr. He Chongfu will replace Mr. Huang as the company’s Authorised Representative. The board confirms there are no disagreements with Mr. Huang and no matters requiring further attention from shareholders regarding these changes.
