CBK Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 29 June 2026 to review and approve the audited consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026 and to consider a final-dividend recommendation.

Trading in the company’s shares has been halted since 9:00 a.m. on 2 July 2025 and will remain suspended until all resumption-guidance conditions issued by the Stock Exchange are met.
