The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited (HSH) (Stock Code: 45) announced on 21 November 2025 the composition of its Board of Directors. The Hon. Sir Michael Kadoorie was named Chairman, while Philip Lawrence Kadoorie serves as Deputy Chairman. The Board comprises Non-Executive Directors, Independent Non-Executive Directors, and Executive Directors. Among the Executive Directors are Benjamin Julien Arthur Vuchot as Chief Executive Officer, Christobelle Yi Ching Liao, Keith James Robertson, and Gareth Owen Roberts.

HSH also confirmed the members of four Board Committees. The Audit Committee is chaired by Patrick Blackwell Paul, while the Nomination Committee is chaired by The Hon. Sir Michael Kadoorie. Patrick Blackwell Paul also serves as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and Andrew Clifford Winawer Brandler chairs the Finance Committee.
