CICC Plans to Issue Corporate Bonds Worth Up to 4 Billion Yuan

CICC (HKEX: 03908) has announced its intention to issue corporate bonds. The company plans to issue the China International Capital Corporation Limited 2026 Public Offering Corporate Bonds (Fourth Tranche) to professional investors, with the subscription period set for June 9, 2026 (T+1) to June 10, 2026 (T+2).

The total issuance amount for this tranche of bonds will not exceed 4 billion yuan, inclusive of this figure, and no over-allotment option will be included. Each bond will have a face value of 100 yuan and will be issued at par.

The proceeds raised from this bond issuance are intended to be used entirely for supplementing the company's working capital. This tranche of bonds is structured into two series.

The issuance amount for Series One will not exceed 4 billion yuan, inclusive. Similarly, the issuance amount for Series Two will not exceed 4 billion yuan, inclusive. The combined total issuance for both Series One and Series Two will not exceed 4 billion yuan, inclusive.
