On January 12, 2026 (after the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), VOICECOMM (02495) announced that it entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber, State Fortune Global Strategic LPF. The company agreed to issue 6.73 million subscription shares to the subscriber at a price of HK$46.3 per share. This price represents a discount of approximately 19.90% compared to the closing price of HK$57.8 per H share on the Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement.

The net proceeds from the subscription are expected to be approximately HK$311 million. Roughly 50% of the funds will be allocated to research and development to enhance the company's technological capabilities and boost product innovation. The remaining 50% is designated for working capital and general corporate purposes.
