IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) announced that Northern TK Venture Pte Ltd (NTK) filed a petition on Sep, 24 2026 to appeal the Tokyo District Court’s Sep, 10 2026 judgment in its case against Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited.

The appeal, lodged with the Tokyo High Court, seeks a review of the earlier ruling. IHH said NTK intends to pursue its rights and interests through all available legal avenues and will provide further updates on any material developments.
