The Chengdu branch of Bank of Tianjin Co., Ltd. has been issued a substantial financial penalty for contravening account management regulations.

Information from the administrative penalty decision disclosure of the People's Bank of China Sichuan Provincial Branch shows the branch was fined 3,798,400 yuan.

In addition, three individuals from the branch's business department were held personally accountable for the breach. A Mr. Liu was fined 120,000 yuan, a Mr. Zhou was fined 110,000 yuan, and Zhu Mochao was fined 30,000 yuan for their direct responsibility in the violation.
