Global Resource Construction Ltd. announced that the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore approved its application to re-domicile from Bermuda to Singapore, with the change taking effect on Jan, 30 2026.

Its registered office is now 12 Tai Seng Link, #08-01, Singapore 534233. In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. has been appointed share registrar, replacing Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited, which also resigned as assistant company secretary and Bermuda resident representative.
