Cofoe Medical postpones Extraordinary General Meeting to 20 July; extends book-closure period

Cofoe Medical Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) originally set for 15:00 on Friday, 17 July 2026 has been rescheduled to 15:00 on Monday, 20 July 2026. The venue remains Meeting Room 801, 8/F, Gaoqiao Big Health Medical Zone, No. 426, Section 1, Wanjiali Middle Road, Yuhua District, Changsha, Hunan Province.

Proxy arrangements are unchanged: previously submitted proxy forms remain valid, and new proxies must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 24 hours before the rescheduled meeting time.

Consequent to the postponement, the register of members will now be closed from Tuesday, 14 July 2026 to Monday, 20 July 2026, inclusive. Shareholders recorded at the commencement of business on 20 July 2026 are entitled to attend and vote at the EGM.

All other information contained in the company’s circular and EGM notice dated 26 June 2026 remains unchanged.
