Guangdong Huayan Robotics Co., Ltd. (Huayan Robotics) issued its annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 30 March 2026, acting in accordance with the Note to Rule 13.49(1) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Shareholders are advised that the Group’s unaudited preliminary financial information for FY2025 has been incorporated in Appendix IIA of the prospectus dated 20 March 2026. The document is available for review on both the HKEX news website and the company’s own website.

Huayan Robotics confirmed that the full FY2025 annual report will be published online and dispatched to shareholders on or before 30 April 2026, according to their chosen method for receiving corporate communications.

The board currently comprises three executive directors—Mr. Wang Guangneng (Chairman), Mr. Zhang Guoping and Mr. Zhang Yingtao—one non-executive director, Dr. Fang Bin, and three independent non-executive directors, Dr. Wang Yihua, Dr. Huang Kai and Ms. Gao Li.
