SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) announced that on December 22, 2025, Wuxiang Beiqing Smart Energy (an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, as the employer) entered into an EPC contract with CR17B Second Engineering (as the contractor). Under the EPC contract, Wuxiang Beiqing Smart Energy has agreed to engage the contractor to provide EPC services for a 100MW photovoltaic power generation project located in Wuxiang County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. The total contract value is RMB 405.5 million (tax inclusive, subject to adjustment in case of changes in national tax policies).

The group remains committed to actively integrating into national strategic planning and the diversified development ecosystem established by Shandong Hi-Speed Group. It maintains a positive outlook on China's economic growth and continues to expand its presence in the clean energy sector, aligning with projects supported by China's 14th Five-Year Plan, which targets carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.

By expanding its clean energy market nationwide, the investment, construction, and operation of this project will further enhance the group's strategic positioning, business scope, and footprint in Shanxi Province. This initiative not only supports the sustainable development of the group's diversified portfolio in the new energy sector but will also broaden its revenue base, strengthen long-term competitiveness, and improve profitability in the future.
