Information from the latest Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings reveals that on July 7, Allianz SE purchased an additional 599,000 shares of ABBISKO-B (HKEX: 02256).

The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$11.4113 per share, resulting in a total consideration of roughly HK$6.8354 million.

Following this acquisition, Allianz SE's total shareholding in the company has risen to 51.145 million shares.

This revised holding now represents a 7.06% stake in ABBISKO-B.
