According to an announcement dated 2 December 2025, Tongda Hong Tai Holdings Limited (2363) disclosed that its Board now consists of five Directors. Two are Executive Directors, including Chairman Chan Shiu Man and Wang Ming Zhi, while three are Independent Non-Executive Directors, namely Wan, Aaron Chi Keung, Chan Luk On, and Kwok Sau King Tina.

Committee roles were also confirmed. The Audit Committee is chaired by Kwok and includes Wan and Chan Luk On as members. The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Wan, with Chan Shiu Man, Chan Luk On, and Kwok as members. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Chan Shiu Man, while Wan, Chan Luk On, and Kwok serve as members.
