CGS Reports No Change in Share Capital for April 2026; Public Float Fully Compliant

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both its A-share and H-share capital structures remained unchanged during the month.

CGS’s total issued share capital stood at 10.93 billion ordinary shares (par value: RMB 1), split between 7.24 billion A-shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and 3.69 billion H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company reported zero treasury shares outstanding.

Throughout April 2026, CGS recorded: • No increase or decrease in authorised/registered (issued) share capital across either share class. • No share repurchases, cancellations, share option exercises, warrant conversions, or other equity-linked issuances.

The company also affirmed that its H-share public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum requirement of 5% of the class’s issued shares.

The return, submitted on 6 May 2026, was signed by Company Secretary Ng Ka Man, who confirmed compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory obligations.
