North Mining Shares Company Limited announced the completion of its very substantial disposal on 25 March 2026 after satisfying all conditions precedent outlined in earlier disclosures dated 4 December 2025, 13 February 2026, and 13 March 2026.

The board confirmed that the transaction—approved by shareholders at the 13 March 2026 special general meeting—has now formally closed, transferring the relevant assets in accordance with the terms set out in the circular issued on 13 February 2026.

Executive Directors at the time of completion are Yang Ying Min, Qian Yi Dong, Huang Zhidan, Shen Jian and Qian Si Qun, with Independent Non-executive Directors Shek Man Ho, Shen Ming Jie and Feng Jia Wei overseeing corporate governance.
