Shares of ONEROBOTICS (HKEX: 06600) have risen more than 7%. At the time of writing, the stock is up 7.36% to HK$60.6, with a turnover of approximately HK$12.48 million.
This movement follows recent company announcements. On July 1st, ONEROBOTICS disclosed that the trustee of its share incentive plan had purchased an additional 95,000 H-shares in the market between June 25th and June 30th, 2026.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging from about HK$56.85 to HK$60.40 per share, for a total consideration of roughly HK$5.54 million, excluding transaction costs.
The company's board stated that this further share purchase demonstrates its confidence in the long-term commercial potential of home-based embodied robots and the group's leading position within this rapidly expanding global market.
In a separate but related development, ONEROBOTICS announced that it received a notification from Mr. Li Zhichen, the company's Chairman, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and its single largest shareholder.
Mr. Li has voluntarily committed to extending the lock-up period applicable to his directly held shares. The new commitment extends the restriction to 18 months from the company's listing date of December 30th, 2025.
Under this pledge, Mr. Li has committed not to dispose of his directly held 43.64845 million shares in any manner during the new lock-up period, which runs from the listing date until June 29th, 2027, inclusive.
