On November 27, the Guigang branch of the People's Bank of China disclosed administrative penalties against Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) Guigang Branch. The bank was warned and fined 289,000 yuan for violating account management regulations and failing to fulfill customer identification obligations as required.

Additionally, Xu (from the bank's Personal Finance Department) and Liang Mouchun (also from the Personal Finance Department) were each fined 14,000 yuan for being held accountable for the failure to properly conduct customer identification.
