The board of DEEPEXI TECH (01384) has announced a change in the composition of its Nomination Committee.

Mr. Yang Lei has stepped down from his role on the committee. In his place, Ms. Shi Yi, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.

This appointment is effective from June 23, 2026. Mr. Yang Lei will continue to serve the company in his capacity as an executive director.
