XTALPI Holdings Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 19 August 2026. Directors will review and approve the Group’s interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

In addition to releasing the half-year results for publication, the Board will consider the declaration of any dividend and address other routine corporate matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Executive Director Dr. Wen Shuhao. As of the announcement date, XTALPI’s Board comprises four executive directors—Dr. Wen Shuhao, Dr. Ma Jian, Dr. Lai Lipeng and Dr. Jiang Yide Alan—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, Ms. Chan Wing Ki and Mr. Chow Ming Sang.
