JOIN-SHARE (01543) announced that the board of directors has been informed by Foshan Financial Investment that on January 21, 2026, the sale of the company's 60 million domestic shares to six investors and the related share transfer registration procedures have been completed.

Following the transfer, Foshan Financial Investment remains the company's single largest shareholder and a major shareholder, directly and indirectly holding approximately 24.1558% of the company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.
