According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, MSINT LTD reduced its holdings in PLATT NERA (01949) by 25.482 million shares and 23.0172 million shares on September 22 and September 24 respectively, at a price of HK$1.90 per share, for a total amount of approximately HK$92.1485 million.

Following the reduction, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 303 million shares, representing 57.15% of the total issued shares.
