DFI Retail Group reports PDMR accrual of dividend-equivalent shares on 2026 interim dividend

DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited on Sep, 3 2026 said it has filed ten separate notifications with the UK Financial Conduct Authority detailing the accrual of dividend-equivalent ordinary shares (US cents 5 and 5/9 each; ISIN BMG2624N1535) for members of its senior management under existing share-award plans.

The transactions, all executed outside a trading venue at a price of US$0.00 per share, relate to the crediting of shares equivalent to the 2026 interim dividend on awards granted between April 2024 and April 2026. The maximum potential entitlements are: • Scott Anthony Price (Executive Director and Group Chief Executive) – 74,394 shares • Tom Cornelis Gerardus van der Lee (Chief Executive Officer, Food) – 14,914 shares • Yue Pang Man (Chief Executive Officer, 7-Eleven) – 12,062 shares • Hei Lam Wong (Chief Executive Officer, DFI IKEA) – 15,732 shares • Wai Man Chan (Group Chief Legal, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer; Company Secretary) – 16,638 shares • Jinghui Xu (Group Chief People & Culture Officer) – 16,755 shares • Wee Lee Loh (Group Chief Digital and yuu Rewards Officer) – 10,091 shares • Ella Yig-Sharn Chan (Group Chief Strategy Officer) – 5,511 shares • Hsiao En Liu (Chief Executive Officer, Health & Beauty) – 19,492 shares • King Yan Crystal Chan (Group Chief Technology and Information Officer) – 9,326 shares.

DFI Retail Group stated that the numbers represent the maximum shares that could vest subject to full satisfaction of applicable performance conditions under the respective share-award schemes.

The notifications were lodged on the same day by Company Secretary Erica Chan.
