According to the announcement, various share repurchases were conducted from 17 November to 26 November 2025 at repurchase prices spanning approximately HKD 9.37 to HKD 10.26 per share, accumulating to 1,878,000 shares repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled.

The repurchases were executed on the Exchange and represent about 0.1817% of the total number of shares authorized for repurchase under the resolution passed on 26 May 2025. Following these transactions, there is a moratorium period extending to 26 December 2025 during which no new share issuance or transfer of treasury shares may occur without prior approval from the Exchange.
