Geely Automobile Holdings Limited disclosed a share repurchase of 1.63 million ordinary shares on 20 February 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 16.69 to HKD 16.99 per share, totaling HKD 27.51 million. Following this transaction, the treasury share count rose to approximately 14.36 million shares.

After the repurchase, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares stands at about 10.82 billion, while the total issued shares remain around 10.83 billion. The repurchase was conducted under a mandate dated 30 May 2025, which authorized the repurchase of up to 1.01 billion shares. A 30-day moratorium period on new share issuance or treasury share transfers is in effect until 22 March 2026.
