Key agenda items:

1. Board composition • Re-election of Executive Chairman & Chief Technology Officer Wang Donglei, Executive Vice-President (Manufacturing) Xiao Yu, and Independent Non-executive Director Wang Xuexian. • Wang Xuexian has served as an INED since May 2014; a separate resolution will address his independence in line with Listing Rule requirements for directors serving more than nine years.

2. Auditor • Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is nominated for re-appointment as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 Dec 2026.

3. Capital mandates • Share buy-back mandate: authority to repurchase up to 10% of issued shares, equivalent to 50.73 million shares, during the mandate period. • Issuance mandate: authority to issue or resell treasury shares up to 20% of issued shares, equal to 101.45 million shares; a separate resolution allows extension of this limit by the number of shares actually bought back. • Both percentages are based on the 507.27 million shares in issue (no treasury shares) as at the latest practicable date, 16 Apr 2026.

4. Shareholder arrangements • Register of members closes from 9 Jun 2026 to 12 Jun 2026 inclusive; the record date for voting entitlement is 12 Jun 2026. • Proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 10:00 a.m. on 10 Jun 2026.
