RH Petrogas Limited appoints Caroline Lee as Independent Director and updates Board committees

RH Petrogas Limited announced the appointment of Caroline Lee as an Independent Director, effective Oct, 1 2025.

Lee will also join the company’s Audit, Nominating and Remuneration Committees.

Following the change, the Board consists of seven directors, and each committee’s membership has been updated to include Lee.

The company said it plans to add further independent directors to meet the guidelines of the Code of Corporate Governance 2018.
