YuanShengTai Dairy Farm Limited (Stock Code: 1431) held a special general meeting on 28 November 2025 to vote on the proposed resolution regarding the 2026 Feihe Master Agreement and its corresponding transactions and annual caps. According to the announcement, the total number of shares entitling Independent Shareholders to vote was 1,348,075,480 shares, while major shareholder China Feihe and related parties abstained due to their connected interests.

The approved annual caps under the agreement are RMB3,100 million, RMB3,400 million, and RMB3,700 million for the years ending 31 December 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively, along with a 96% limit. The poll result showed 57,227,000 shares voted in favor (100%), with zero votes against or abstaining.
