Tsun Yip Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Chan Chun Kit has resigned—effective 31 July 2026—from the roles of Chief Financial Controller, Company Secretary, authorised representative under both GEM Listing Rules and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. The departure is attributed to personal commitments; Mr. Chan confirmed he has no disagreement with the Board and no matters require shareholder attention.

With immediate effect on 31 July 2026, Ms. Li Yuet Tai will assume all four vacated positions. Aged 43, Ms. Li joined Tsun Yip in September 2011 as Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, became Chief Financial Controller and Company Secretary in June 2012, and has served as financial controller of certain Group subsidiaries since May 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Professional Accountancy) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Her prior experience includes more than five years with international accounting firms.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Chan’s contributions and formally welcomed Ms. Li to her new capacities. As of the announcement date, Tsun Yip’s Board comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
