On 30 April 2026, Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. issued a reminder to its registered shareholders about the previously announced transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.
Key details:
• Scope of documents: Both English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be posted on the Bank’s website (www.jx-bank.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be sent by default.
• Action required: The Bank has not yet received email addresses from certain shareholders. Recipients are encouraged to: – Scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form, or – Complete and return the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd. (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong).
• Consequence of non-response: Until a valid email address is provided, the Bank will continue to send Actionable Corporate Communications—those requiring shareholder instructions—by printed form.
• Option for printed copies: Shareholders preferring hard-copy communications may opt in by submitting the reply form or emailing jiangxibank.ecom@computershare.com.hk with name, address and request. This instruction remains effective for one year unless revoked or superseded.
• Enquiry channel: Queries can be directed to the H-share registrar at +852 2862 8688, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays.
Regulatory note: Jiangxi Bank is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance (Cap. 155), is not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and is not authorised to conduct banking or deposit-taking business in Hong Kong.
