CCID Consulting (02176) has issued a circular convening its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 18 May 2026, 10:00 a.m., at the company’s Beijing headquarters (10th Floor, CCID Plaza, Haidian District). Key resolutions to be tabled include:

• 2025 Operating & Supervisory Reports: Shareholders will vote on the Board of Directors’ and Supervisory Committee’s reports for FY 2025, as disclosed in the company’s 2025 Annual Report.

• FY 2025 Audited Financial Statements: Approval of the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the related auditors’ report.

• Auditor Re-appointment: SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited is nominated to continue as external auditor for FY 2026, with the Board authorised to set remuneration.

• Final Dividend: The Board recommends a cash dividend of RMB0.09 (tax inclusive) per share for FY 2025. Based on the current share count, the proposed payout totals approximately RMB63.00 million. Dividends on H-shares will be settled in Hong Kong dollars using the average RMB/HKD exchange rate announced by the People’s Bank of China in the week preceding the AGM.
