DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Achal Agarwal to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective Mar, 2 2026. Agarwal will also join the Board’s Audit Committee on the same date.

Agarwal has more than 40 years of experience in multinational consumer goods and corporate transformation, including senior roles at Kimberly-Clark Corporation—such as President, Asia Pacific, and Global Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer—and leadership positions at PepsiCo in Greater China and India.

He currently serves as an independent non-executive director of Amcor PLC and chair of AVPN, and previously held board roles at SATS Limited and World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Singapore.

DFI Retail Group’s Chairman Lincoln Pan and Group CEO Scott Price each highlighted Agarwal’s regional expertise, strategic transformation background and governance experience as assets for the Group.

Agarwal stated he looks forward to contributing to DFI’s continued transformation and growth.
