OKP Holdings' stock fell 3.59% during intraday trading on Thursday, as the market reacted to significant changes in the company's shareholder structure.
The decline follows regulatory filings showing that CS International disposed of 49,218,750 voting shares, reducing its stake in OKP Holdings from 14.05% to 4.89%. This substantial disposal created selling pressure in the market.
Simultaneously, Or Kim Peow Investments acquired a large block of shares, increasing its stake from 54.91% to 64.08% through multiple transactions, while Ginko-AGT Global Growth Fund also purchased 16 million shares worth S$11.8 million, raising its holding to 6.5% of outstanding shares.
