Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group Limited (Stock Code: 767) has confirmed the appointment of Ms. Tam Mei Chu as an independent non-executive director, alongside her roles on the audit, remuneration, nomination, risk management, and share award committees. The appointment takes effect on 10 February 2026.

Ms. Tam, aged 38, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has extensive auditing and company secretarial experience. In addition to her practice, Ms. Tam currently serves as a company secretary for several entities listed on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has acted as an independent non-executive director in other listed companies.

In connection with her new position, Ms. Tam will receive a monthly director’s fee of HK$20,000. Her appointment also ensures the board’s compliance with Rules 3.10(2) and 3.21 of the Listing Rules, which require at least one independent non-executive director with appropriate professional qualifications or accounting or related financial management expertise. The board expressed its welcome to Ms. Tam, noting that she has confirmed her understanding of the responsibilities and legal obligations associated with this directorship.
