Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee raised her indirect interest through a series of share acquisitions completed between Feb, 03 2026 and Feb, 05 2026.

The transactions involved 7.0 million ordinary shares: 2.0 million acquired on Feb, 03 2026; 3.0 million on Feb, 04 2026; and 2.0 million on Feb, 05 2026. The purchases were executed via accounts held by her husband Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai and by Mr. Lim Hooi Sin.

Following the acquisitions, Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee’s holdings stand at 17.562 million shares (0.219 % direct interest) and 3.009 billion shares (37.526 % indirect interest), amounting to a total of 3.026 billion shares.
