KANGDA ENV (06136) announced that Mr. Zhou Wei has resigned from his positions as an executive director and the chief financial officer of the company, effective February 4, 2026, due to personal and family reasons. Mr. Du Lindong has been appointed as an executive director and the chairman of the board, with the appointment also taking effect on February 4, 2026. The board further announced the following changes, effective from February 4, 2026: Mr. Zhou will cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and executive director Mr. Du Lindong will be appointed as the authorized representative.
