SHIMAO GROUP announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Shimao Construction Limited (Shimao Construction), achieved operating revenue of RMB 5.906 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2025, with a net loss attributable to Shimao Construction shareholders of RMB 4.572 billion.
