CHANJET 2026 Interim: Revenue Rises 13%, Net Profit Up 24% on Strong Cloud Momentum

Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited reported solid first-half 2026 results, powered by continued expansion of its cloud-based offerings.

Revenue climbed 13.00% year on year to RMB 548.15 million, driven by a 19.00% surge in cloud-subscription sales to RMB 409.30 million. Cloud now represents 75% of group revenue. Gross profit increased 7.23% to RMB 361.26 million, although gross margin slipped four percentage points to 66% due to higher contract-operation costs.

Profit before tax advanced 20.81% to RMB 40.70 million, while net profit attributable to shareholders rose 24.16% to RMB 41.61 million. Basic earnings per share improved to RMB 0.13 from RMB 0.105.

Operating cash flow strengthened 53.40% to RMB 128.50 million, underpinning a cash and bank balance of RMB 1.35 billion at period-end. Contract liabilities tied to future cloud revenue grew 16.00% versus end-2025 to RMB 865.85 million.

Total assets reached RMB 1.96 billion, up 3.38%, while total equity declined 4.17% to RMB 916.93 million, reflecting payment of the 2025 final dividend. The current ratio stood at 1.39x and the group remained debt-free (gearing ratio: 0%).

Chanjet continued to prioritise R&D, investing RMB 113.56 million (20.72% of revenue). Enhanced product offerings included the AI-enabled “CClaw” super-agent and expanded vertical solutions for manufacturing, commerce and services. New paying cloud customers increased 43% to 122,000, lifting cumulative paying MSE clients to 1.08 million.

Leveraging a multi-channel strategy, the company added more than 50% new value-added distributors and entered over 170 county-level markets. Overseas pilot channels were established in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

The board declared an interim cash dividend of RMB 0.14 per share, equivalent to a 93% payout of interim distributable profit, payable on 29 October 2026 to shareholders on record as of 17 September 2026.

Management reaffirmed its “AI-foremost” and globalisation strategies, targeting continued growth in digital finance, taxation and business solutions for micro and small enterprises while enhancing operational efficiency and expanding its partner ecosystem.
