On 31 March 2026, Kangda International Environmental Company Limited announced that its Annual Report 2025 is now available on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) website and the company’s homepage. The report has been published in English and Chinese.

In parallel, the group confirmed full implementation of HKEX Listing Rule 2.07 governing the expansion of the paperless listing regime. All future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically via the company’s website (www.kangdaep.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders will receive publication notices by e-mail; hard-copy mailers will be issued only when a valid e-mail address is unavailable.

Non-registered shareholders who hold shares through intermediaries are requested to supply a functional e-mail address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely electronic delivery. Those preferring printed copies may submit a written request or return the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at its Wanchai office, or send an e-mail to Kangda.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
